New dish: the Picasso
Wild salmon and a giant scarlet shrimp (Carabineiro) with purple sweet potato purée, with the colours of the Mediterran.
A dish that the chef created as a surprise for the special dinner of Sylvia Dias, only daughter of Cícero Dias, and goddaughter of Pablo Picasso.
New drink: Caju Spritz
A spritz very different from what we are used to! Specially made with a sparkling wine made with cashews instead of grapes - produced in the Northeast of Brazil.
